A bird may love a fish, but where would they build their home together?
– Joseph Stein, Fiddler on the Roof
If there was ever a doubt that opposites attract, Chris and Moira are the proof.
Chris has his feet firmly planted on the ground. Loyal and straightforward, Chris loves all things routine. Meticulous in his care of his family and home, Chris loves to open up their home, knowing he can meet the needs of his guests. He puts dedication into creating decadent dishes that are not to be missed.
Moira, a free spirit, is forever taking on a new challenge. A singer, writer and painter, she takes on the label “artist,” since she is bound to find a new medium any given day. Forever interested in the shared human experience, she loves welcoming newcomers and old friends alike into their home.
So where could two such different people, a “bird” and a “fish”, build a home together? In the beauty of Prince Edward Island, where the water meets the sky. Nestled less than a kilometer from the shore, they share a home together with their two sons Josh (8) and Zac (5) and their Yorkshire Terrier, She-ra.
They invite you to join them.

What’s in a name?
– William Shakespeare
The beauty of sea glass is, quite simply, beauty. Long ago, it was something practical. But now, its original use and story long forgotten, it holds only wonder and a distant whisper of the past. Like sea glass, our heritage home is a jewel full of old-time charm and not too far from the sea.
“Dear old world,” [Anne] murmured, “you are very lovely, and I am glad to be alive in you.”
– L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Green Gables
